Amazing Offer is hiring a Licensed Real Estate Sales Agent to work high-quality inbound seller leads generated through television advertising, streaming campaigns, Google PPC, social media, and direct response marketing.

Unlike traditional brokerages where agents are expected to rely heavily on prospecting, cold calling, and building their own pipeline from scratch, our agents work opportunities generated by a multi-million-dollar marketing operation designed to create consistent seller lead flow.

This is a field-based real estate sales role focused primarily on helping homeowners list and sell their properties, while also identifying acquisition opportunities when appropriate.

We are looking for a motivated, licensed real estate professional with at least 1 year of experience who wants to grow within a high-performance, high-income environment. In this role, you will meet directly with homeowners, evaluate properties, discuss selling strategies, secure listings, negotiate contracts, and help clients determine the best solution for their situation.

Amazing Offer provides multiple selling solutions for homeowners, including traditional listings and direct cash purchase options. This allows our agents to operate in a true consultative sales environment focused on helping clients choose the option that best fits their goals.

Responsibilities

• Travel throughout the Phoenix metro area meeting with homeowners looking to sell
• Secure residential property listings and manage listing opportunities
• Operate in a consultative sales environment focused on homeowner solutions
• Explain selling options including traditional listing strategies versus direct sale options
• Conduct property walkthroughs and evaluate property value and marketability
• Negotiate listing agreements, purchase agreements, and sales terms
• Generate and follow up with leads through calls, texts, appointments, and networking
• Maintain accurate records and pipeline updates within CRM systems
• Work closely with acquisitions leadership, agents, and marketing teams
• Assist homeowners throughout the sales process while building long-term relationships

Requirements

• Active Arizona Real Estate License required
• Minimum 1 year of real estate or sales experience required
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain consistent follow-up
• Reliable vehicle required for daily travel throughout the metro area
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and growth mindset
• Listing experience, acquisitions experience, wholesaling, or investment sales experience is a plus, but not required.

Compensation

• Uncapped commission potential
• Typical earnings range from $125,000 to $220,000+ annually
