Who We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for someone who is early in their real estate career (or was recently just licensed). We’re looking for someone who is highly motivated, coachable, and competitive, and ready for hands-on experience instead of sitting on the sidelines.
American Key is focused on using every available tool to achieve our goals, which is why we’re looking for a real estate agent who is comfortable being on camera and excited about real estate social media.
The ideal candidate understands that success comes from effort, consistency, and learning fast, and is excited to put the effort in.
Key Responsibilities:
As an American Key Real Estate Agent, you will be expected to actively participate in all aspects of the business, including:
Sales & Client Management
- Responding to and nurturing company-generated buyer and seller leads
- Conducting buyer consultations and property showings
- Following up with prospective clients and managing clients throughout the transaction process from first contact to closing
- Developing strong negotiation and contract skills with guidance from leadership
Marketing & Social Media
- Working with our marketing team to create consistent content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
- Promoting listings, open houses, and personal brand content
- Learning how to attract and convert inbound leads through content and online presence
- Representing the American Key brand professionally online and in person
Training & Professional Development
- Participating in structured training and onboarding programs
- Attending team meetings, coaching sessions, and role-play exercises
- Learning real-world strategies for prospecting, branding, and deal execution
- Implementing feedback quickly and consistently

Requirements & Qualifications
- Active real estate license (or currently enrolled and working toward licensure)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable on camera or willing to become comfortable quickly for social media campaigns
- High level of personal responsibility and time management
- Reliable transportation to get around the Phoenix Metro Area.
- Willingness to work some evenings and weekends as needed
Compensation
- Commission-based compensation with no income cap
- Earnings directly tied to performance, consistency, and effort
